The Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs
Cosponsor: Mortara Center for International Studies
The Seminar on Religion and Global Development, inaugurated last year, is co-sponsored by the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs and the Initiative on International Development (Mortara Center). It is a forum for Georgetown faculty and members of the policy community to meet and discuss questions at the intersection of religion and international development.
The second session of the year focused on religion, conflict, and reconciliation. The discussion was led by Helena Cobban, author of Amnesty after Atrocity: Healing Nations after Genocide and War Crimes.
