Ahimsa Round Table, Capetown

June 21-24, 2015

The challenges of global health call for bold and creative solutions. They demand partnerships that bridge governments, international bodies, business, and, especially, faith organizations. Solutions must tap potential avenues that contribute to the goals of ending poverty and reducing inequity. In a quest for new ideas that draw on often overlooked experience and bring together leaders from different sectors and regions, the Ahimsa Round Table took place in Capetown, South Africa on June 21-24, 2015. Organized by the Ahmisa Fund (Lyon, France), the Ecumenical Foundation of Southern Africa (Capetown), and World Faiths Development Dialogue (WFDD), this Forum builds on the 2013 Forum in Annecy, France. The Forum engages senior professionals, students, and practitioners and focus on opportunities for cross sectoral and cross cultural collaboration. The full agenda with speakers can be found here.
