Nostra Aetate Lecture Series: Father David-Maria Jaeger (First Lecture)

In his first lecture within the Nostra Aetate Lecture Series, Father David-Maria Jaeger, O.F.M., J.C.D., spoke about the presence of Christians in Israel, their important role there, and the responsibility of Christians worldwide to help maintain that presence. Nostra Aetate (In Our Age) is the "Declaration on the Relation of the Church with Non-Christian Religions" of the Second Vatican Council, promulgated by Pope Paul VI.

This event was cosponsored by the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs and the Office of the President of Georgetown University.
