Carlos Orellano
Carlos Orellano is a twenty-two-year-old student from Arcatao, Chalatenango in El Salvador. He is currently in his fifth year at the Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas" (UCA) studying information technology. As a recipient of a Desarollo Hermano Popular scholarship, he hopes one day to return to his community to participate in local development projects.
