Bangladesh is a featured country for the Religion and Development: Country-Level Mapping project. Like many other contexts, religious and development institutions in Bangladesh play distinctive and intersecting roles that affect many dimensions of social, economic, and political development. This project hopes to fill in some of the gaps in knowledge or religious roles in development at this critical juncture in Bangladesh’s history.
