International Association for Religious Freedom
The International Association for Religious Freedom brings together over 90 groups from around the world to promote religious freedom and interfaith understanding. Current projects emphasize a preventive approach and include developing human rights education materials for use in India and promoting economic development with interfaith projects. A world conference is held every four years and dedicated to a pressing global issue. The organization also coordinates the Religious Freedom Young Adult Network; in addition to conducting community-level projects and research, participants attend an international conference to discuss their experiences.
