Benjamin (Ben) Jury graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 2017 with a major in regional and comparative studies and a focus on legacies of authoritarianism in the Middle East. He blogged for the Junior Year Abroad Network for the spring 2016 semester while studying abroad in Amman, Jordan.
