Archbishop Diarmuid Martin is the archbishop of Dublin, Ireland, raised to the rank of archbishop in 2001 and made archbishop of Dublin in 2004. Archbishop Martin has worked with the World Bank and IMF on issues of international debt and poverty reduction and represented the Vatican at WTO negotiations and United Nations conferences on social issues.
