Dominique Peccoud, S.J., was the Jesuit special advisor to the Bureau for External Relations and Partnerships of the International Labour Office from 1996 until his 2008 retirement. In 2015 Peccoud was convicted on charges of the sexual abuse of minors, with an appeal in 2016 affirming the sentence.
