Global Risks 2013

January 1, 2013

The World Economic Forum's "Global Risks 2013" assesses the potential impact, likelihood, and interconnectedness of 50 global risks. The report is based on a survey of over one thousand experts from industry, academia, and government worldwide. Its findings highlight major risk cases in economic and environmental resilience, technology, and human health. Since 2006, the World Economic Forum’s "Global Risks" report series has offered analysis of the risks that are shaping the global environment. In the context of a rapidly changing globalized world, the "Global Risks" reports seek to offer businesses, governments, and civil society actors tools to better understand and manage emerging risks.
