Noelcastellanos

Noel Castellanos

Rev. Noel Castellanos is the CEO of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) and a motivational speaker. Prior to becoming CEO Castellanos spent many years on the CCDA board and helped establish the CCDA Institute, which provides young church leaders with training in Christian community development. He was the founding president of the Latino Leadership Foundation, a training and development organization for Latino pastors, and the founding pastor of Chicago’s La Villita Community Church; he has also worked in San Jose and San Francisco. Castellanos is the co-author of A Heart for the Community: New Models for Urban and Suburban Ministry (2012, with John Fuder).
