The Millennial Survey 2011

January 1, 2012
Deloitte Consulting conducted a survey of over 1,000 Millennial Deloitte employees to consider the purpose, influence, and leadership of business. A survey of 390 business leaders was also conducted by Deloitte for comparison purposes. The findings underscore the Millennial generation’s emphasis on the potential of business to solve some of the greatest challenges facing society. According to the survey, both the Millennial population and business leaders believe the success of business should not be valued on profit alone.
