Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme

The Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme at Cambridge University takes an academic approach to interfaith dialogue across the three Abrahamic religions (Christianity, Islam, and Judaism). By focusing on theology and religious studies, the organization hopes to create a strong base of religious understanding and respect within its students. In addition, students are exposed to religious history, law, philosophy, politics, and sociology in order to gain a fuller understanding of how religion affects and is affected by these factors. The Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme also runs conferences and sponsors the Society for Scriptural Reasoning, which examines the similarities between Abrahamic sacred texts.
