International Institute for Religious Freedom

Parent Organization: World Evangelical Alliance

Under the oversight of the World Evangelical Alliance, the International Institute for Religious Freedom (IIRF) is a network of academics and specialists dedicated to creating comprehensive, scholarly literature on international religious freedom violation. Using an interdisciplinary approach that seeks to draw on various fields such as sociology, law and theology, the IIRF works to introduce this body of knowledge into theological, legal and other academic programs, with the long-term goal of creating an international archive of reliable data on issues related to international religious freedom. In addition, it publishes the biannual, peer-reviewed International Journal for Religious Freedom and has a book series dedicated to scholarly discourse on religious freedom.
