U.S. Young Adults Admit Too Much Time on Cell Phones, Web

In an exploration of the impact the increased presence and use of technology has on today’s society, Gallup conducted a poll surveying Americans on how they judge the amount of time they spend using technological devices. Gallup focused on five “screen”-involving activities, including cell phones or smartphones, emailing, using social media sites, using the Internet, and watching television. Results showed that those with higher education were more likely to say they spend too much time emailing and on the Internet than those with less education.
