Kathy Saile is the director of domestic social development for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, a position she has held since 2007. Saile was previously the associate director of public policy for Lutheran Services in America (USA). She has also served as the director of the Office of Peace and Justice at Catholic Social Service of Central and Northern Arizona, director of the Archdiocese of Phoenix Catholic Campaign for Human Development, and coordinator of Social Justice and Outreach Ministries at the Scottsdale, Arizona Franciscan Renewal Center. She holds a B.A. from Ohio University and a Master's degree in social work from Arizona State University.
