Matthew Quallen graduated from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service in 2016 with a major in international history. Matthew, who also worked at the U.S. Supreme Court and the Brookings Institution, worked with the Religious Freedom Project at the Berkley Center assisting Professor Timothy Shah. After graduation, he pursued graduate study in England.
