Monsignor Robert J. Vitillo is secretary general of the International Catholic Migration Commission. A trained social worker, Msgr. Vitillo has served as the head of the Caritas Internationalis delegation and as an attaché for the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations.
