Victoria Rothbard earned a graduate degree in 2016 from George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs with a major in international development studies. At the Berkley Center, Victoria worked as a research assistant on a Kenya-focused mapping project, a joint initiative with the World Faiths Development Dialogue.
