Berkley Center Annual Report 2010-2011

This report outlines the Berkley Center's major activities in 2010-2011, encompassing a range of events, publications, courses and online resources that have advanced knowledge and promoted dialogue among scholars, policymakers, students, and citizens on critical global issues of our day. A special focus is on undergraduate programs, including the Education and Social Justice research fellowship and the Doyle Engaging Difference Initiative. Other highlights include the launch of the Religious Freedom Project, funded by the John Templeton Foundation; the final regional meeting of the Global Development and Faith-Inspired Organizations project; training seminars for senior military chaplains; Rebirth, a documentary about the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site; and a third annual dialogue with China's State Administration for Religious Affairs.
