Ahimsa Round Table: Global Health and Faith-Based Communities

WFDD and the Ahimsa Fund convened a forum in Annecy, France that examined the work of faith-inspired communities in global health innovation, social entrepreneurship, and service. The Ahimsa Fund is a non-profit entity which focuses on promoting healthcare initiatives that are well-conceived and will aid the world's neediest populations. This summit, focused on global health and faith-based communities, served as the inaugural Ahimsa RoundTable, an event to be held annually to encourage dialogue around different global health issues among the field's leading minds. The forum highlighted successes and explored how more active engagement with faith-inspired communities could help unite societies around public health.
