Michael Scarff is a senior consultant at the United Nations Development Programme and is a short term consultant with the Centre for Public Impact in London. He was also a communications consultant to the Science of Delivery initiative at the World Bank from 2014 to 2015. He worked with the World Faiths Development Dialogue in Cambodia as a 2009-2010 Princeton in Asia Fellow, having previously worked for the International Rescue Committee in Uganda. Scharff graduated from Princeton University in 2008 as a politics major. He received his M.Sc. in African studies from the University of Oxford in 2014.
