Wilma Z. Mui

Profile
Wilma Mui is a Program Manager at WFDD, bringing her experience in Senegal and training in Global Health to the team. Wilma served as a Peace Corps volunteer in southern Senegal from 2010 to 2013, working with local communities on a variety of health topics. During her third year in Senegal, she became a member of the community health team at World Vision. As a graduate student, she worked with World Vision/Sierra Leone as a nutrition content expert and created a curriculum for their maternal and child nutrition program. Before joining the WFDD team, Wilma worked with the Grandmother Project in Senegal as a community health and development consultant. She is interested in the impact that religion and faith have on maternal and child health. She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion Disease Prevention Studies from the University of Southern California and a M.P.H. in Global Health from Emory University.
