Katherine Marshall on Religious Literacy and Conflict Prevention

Senior Fellow Katherine Marshall will participate in a November 22 international webinar on the role of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in promoting religious literacy in Indonesia. Participants will also explore implications for conflict prevention in the nation as well as ways to strengthen collaboration between religious communities.

Jerome Copulsky Analyzes Religion and Power in U.S. Governance

Jerome Copulsky, research fellow at the Berkley Center, co-authored an article with David T. Buckley in Arc Magazine examining how religious ideas and actors are shaping efforts to redefine the U.S. federal bureaucracy and discussing the entanglement of faith and politics in the current U.S. administration.
