Harry López Novoa is a student of architecture at Central American University (Universidad Centroamericana, UCA). He is also a student assistant
in the Architecture Department at UCA. As a participant in UCA's service-learning course on urban planning, he spent several months learning about Ciudad Darío and working with classmates to prepare proposals for improvements that could be implemented by the local government.
