Simon Brezovnik completed his bachelor's degree in math and chemistry at the University of Maribor in 2016 and hopes to become a teacher. While at the University of Maribor, he was a Catholic Scout leader and a member of the Sinaj Catholic student group. He also sings in the Sinaj student choir.
