Alex Parkinson is a graduate student at the University of the Witwatersrand, studying for his Master's degree and 12-18 months away from beginning his PhD program. Part of that study has involved the university’s world-renowned Origins Centre, where he lectures as part of the “Believing in Creation and Evolution" program co-sponsored with the Jesuit Institute of South Africa. Parkinson previously spent seven years working in the corporate world as a financial auditor before following his dream, going back to school, and earning his honors degree in paleontology.
