Amy Guillotte graduated from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service in 2012 with a major in international politics and a certificate in international development. She began her study abroad experience in Cairo during spring 2011 but evacuated to Georgetown's campus in Qatar due to political protests. She wrote for the Berkley Center's Junior Year Abroad Network throughout her semester in the Middle East.
