Annabelle is an undergraduate student in the School of Foreign Service, class of 2017, majoring in international politics with a concentration in foreign policy and a certificate in Jewish civilization. She is a French-American citizen and enjoys using her international perspective throughout her travels to learn about different cultures and traditions. At Georgetown, Annabelle works for the Institute for Women, Peace and Security and writes for the U.S.-Middle East Youth Network. During the fall 2015 semester she studied abroad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, taking international relations classes in Portuguese and working for the BRICS Policy Center, where she did research on the role of women in peacebuilding initiatives in the BRICS countries and blogged for the Junior Year Abroad Network.
