Arie M. Kacowicz is a professor of international relations and the Chaim Weizmann Chair in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He was the Aaron and Cecile Goldman Visiting Israeli Professor at the Georgetown University Department of Government during the 2022-2023 academic year. Since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas War on October 7, 2023, he has been trying to apply his scholarship about peace to contribute to the discussion about “the day after.”
