Atiar Rahman is the training
and education manager at Mirpur Agricultural Workshop and Training School
(MAWTS) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Rahman has worked for MAWTS since 1980, when he started as a workshop section leader. In his current role as training and education manager he oversees assistant managers, visits classes, and addresses issues that arise.
