Sister Carol Keehan, D.C., has been president and CEO of the Catholic Health Association of the United States (CHA) since 2005 and played a significant role in the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Before joining CHA, Keehan worked in administrative and governance positions at hospitals sponsored by the Daughters of Charity for more than 35 years.
