Prior to her death in June 2010, Carol Q. O'Neil was the associate dean of academic administration at Georgetown University Law Center. Her areas of responsibility included curriculum development, J.D. adjunct faculty, and student academic counseling. O'Neil earned her J.D. at Georgetown University.
