Charbel Batour, S.J., is president of the College Notre-Dame de Jamhour in Lebanon. Born in Lebanon, he studied biology before joining the Society of Jesus in 1988. He then studied theology in Paris and Cambridge before earning his doctorate in theology from Boston College.
