Charlotte Cherry graduated from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service in 2016 with a major in science, technology, and international affairs and a concentration in energy and the environment. In the fall 2014 semester she studied at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, taking specialized classes in sustainability and environmental management and blogging for the Junior Year Abroad Network. In addition to engaging academic courses, she took advantage of the wealth of renewable energy projects in Denmark to learn about how technology can be applied to solve global problems.
