Chuck Hagel is a former senator from Nebraska who also served as U.S. secretary of defense and later taught U.S. foreign policy at at Georgetown University. A decorated Vietnam War veteran, he graduated from the Brown Institute for Radio and Television and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
