Cintia Farias is an administrator for the Santa Brigada and Teresa Brogan agencies of Protagonizar, a microfinance lender in the lower class community of San Miguel, Buenos Aires, Argentina. A lifelong resident of Santa Brigada, Farias first connected with Protagonizar through the church; her personal faith plays a major role in her work of encouraging development in the community. Farias works with entrepreneurs in San Miguel who wish to obtain a loan throughout the stages of obtaining credit from the agency.
