Daniel Keleman is a professor of Political Science and the Jean Monnet Chair in European Union Politics at Rutgers University, where he was previously director of the Center for European Studies. Keleman's research centers around the politics of the European Union, law and politics, comparative political economy, and comparative public policy. He is the author of Eurolegalism: The Transformation of Law and Regulation in the European Union (2011) and The Rules of Federalism: Institutions and Regulatory Politics in the EU and Beyond (2004), as well as three edited volumes and numerous articles published in the American Political Science Review, World Politics, and International Organization, among others. He has also held positions with the University of Oxford and Princeton University; he was a Fulbright Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels. Keleman holds an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley and Ph.D. from Stanford University.
