Darryl Jones is professor of English and dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at Trinity College Dublin. His most recent book is Sleeping With The Lights On: The Unsettling Story of Horror (2018). He is currently working on a new edition of The Hound of the Baskervilles and a biography of M. R. James, both for Oxford University Press.
