Ambassador David T. Killion is currently a foreign affairs and human rights consultant following his retirement from a long career in U.S. public service. He was senior staff for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs from 2001 to 2009, U.S. ambassador to UNESCO (2009-2014), and chief of staff for the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (2013-2017).
