Eric Schwartz is president of Refugees International. Mr. Schwartz served a six-year term as dean of the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and on the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom. Between 2009 and 2011, he served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees, and Migration.
