Erin Matson is a co-founder and co-director of Reproaction, a new direct action group that works to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive justice. An organizer, writer, and speaker, her work has appeared in the Washington Post and on MSNBC, Al-Jazeera English, ABC World News, BBC World News, and PBS’ To The Contrary. Before forming Reproaction, Matson was an editor-at-large for Rewire and action vice president of the National Organization for Women. She graduated from Georgetown in 2002 with her bachelor’s degree in women’s studies and now is a member of the board of the NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia Foundation.
