Esther Tenberg is a Ph.D. candidate in the INTERSECT project, researching transnational flows of Islamophobia at MF Vitenskapelig Høyskole, Oslo. Her current work is focused on Buddhist nationalist discourses on Facebook. She co-founded the Myanmar Institut, a network connecting scholars and practitioners in German-speaking Europe who have an interest in Myanmar.
