Farid Hafez is a senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Salzburg in the Department of Political Science and Sociology. He is also senior researcher with Georgetown University’s Bridge Initiative. Since 2010, Hafez has been editor of the Islamophobia Studies Yearbook, and since 2015 co-editor of the annual European Islamophobia Report.
