Flemming Rose is a senior fellow at the Cato Institute. Formerly cultural editor at the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten, he made the decision in 2005 to publish the controversial Muhammad cartoons that enflamed anti-Danish opinion across the Muslim world.
