An Associate Professor of History for over 27 years, Dr. Fleur D’Souza is currently serving a six year rotating role as Vice Principal of the Arts faculty at St. Xavier's College, University of Mumbai. She has taught in both the college and St. Xavier’s Junior College (High School), part of an association with Jesuit institutions since 1973. D'Souza holds a PhD in history from St. Xavier's, where she focused on colonial studies.
