Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor is South Africa's minister of international relations and cooperation, appointed in June 2019. She previously was minister of higher education and training from February 2018 to May 2019 and the minister of science and technology from May 2014 through February 2018. She has been a member of Parliament since 1994 and a member of the National Executive Committee of the African National Congress (ANC) since 2002.
