Ivan Grek is a deputy director of the Russia Program at George Washington University's Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies. Grek earned a Ph.D. from American University (Washington, DC), master’s degree from Miami University (Ohio), and bachelor’s degree from Smolny College (Russia).
