James Pond is the Executive Director of Transitions Global, a non-profit organization that has consulted on aftercare in Indonesia, Greece, and India and which operates the Transitional Living Center in Phnom Penh. After time spent in the private sector, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the investigative field, James received his MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary before moving with his wife, Athena, and three children to Phnom Penh to co-found the Agape Restoration Center. After two years with Agape, they founded Transitions Cambodia, Inc., eventually expanding their work to become Transitions Global.
