Jin In is the founder of 4Girls GLocal Leadership (4GGL), a non-profit organization and a social change movement to ignite a new power source – the next generation of empowered female leaders who will transform the world. Jin speaks, lectures and mentors around the globe, working with universities and institutions like Google, US State Department and US Institute of Peace to amplify this “glocal” mission. Previously, Ms. In worked for the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, serving the nation’s girls. Her program and website received a White House Award and ranked #1 for girls’ health information with Google, MSN, Yahoo and more. At Girl Scouts USA, she started the Global Action Department, spearheading the highest leadership award for 2.3 million US girls and championing 10 million girls of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Ms. In holds an M.P.H. from the University of California, Berkeley.
